Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with YUZI. We want you to love your purchase — but if you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how to return or get a refund.

1. Returns Window

  • You may initiate a return within 10 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as delivered — with tags and original packaging intact.

2. How to Return

  • Log in to your YUZI account → go to “My Orders” → select the order → click “Return”.

  • Choose the reason for return (size, defect, change of mind, etc.).

  • Once your return is initiated, we will inform you about the courier pickup or drop-off options (depending on your location).

3. Return Shipping

  • For returns, we offer free pickup in eligible pincodes.

  • If pickup is not available in your area, you may ship it back using a reliable courier; shipping cost will be borne by you, unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item).

4. Quality Check

  • When we receive the returned item, it goes through a quality check.

  • If the item fails quality check (used, washed, or missing original tags), we reserve the right to deny a refund or issue a partial refund.

5. Refund Options

  • Once approved, refunds will be made to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 7–14 business days after we’ve accepted the return (depends on the payment method and bank processing times).

6. Exchanges

  • If you want a different size or color, you can request an exchange during the return process (subject to stock).

  • Exchanges are free if we offer pickup in your area; otherwise, the same return-shipping rules apply.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom / personalized products (such as POD designs with custom print) are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (if any) may also be non-returnable.

8. Wrong / Defective Items

  • If you receive a wrong product or a defective item, please raise a return request immediately (within the 10-day period).

  • Provide photos of the defect / wrong item after which we’ll process the return → refund or exchange as required.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting our support team.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be fulfilled; you would have to follow the return process after delivery.
