Since we create each item after your order is placed, there may be slight delays during high-volume periods (festive season, sales, etc.).

Shipping Time & Delivery Window
After dispatch, orders typically take:

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.

COD (Cash on Delivery), if activated, will have an additional convenience fee.
Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to get activated by the courier partner.
Wrong Address / Non-availability
If your order returns to us due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or failed delivery attempts, the re-shipping cost (if any) will be borne by the customer.
