Shipping policy

At YUZI, we work hard to ensure your orders reach you smoothly, safely, and on time. Every piece is made-to-order with care, so we appreciate your patience while we craft and dispatch your products.


Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Since we create each item after your order is placed, there may be slight delays during high-volume periods (festive season, sales, etc.).

  • You will receive an email/SMS notification once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Time & Delivery Window

After dispatch, orders typically take:

  • Metros: 3–6 business days

  • Rest of India: 5–9 business days

  • Remote locations: 7–12 business days

Delivery timelines may vary based on courier service availability in your area.


Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery), if activated, will have an additional convenience fee.


Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

  • Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to get activated by the courier partner.


Wrong Address / Non-availability

If your order returns to us due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or failed delivery attempts, the re-shipping cost (if any) will be borne by the customer.


Delays Beyond Our Control

YUZI is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Festive rush

  • Courier partner logistics

  • Strikes or unforeseen events

We will always support you in tracking and resolving such issues.


International Shipping (If applicable later)

We currently ship only within India. International shipping will be enabled soon.
